Pomegranate Orange Salad Dressing
This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar, and alcohol.
This dressing is full of antioxidants and vitamin C. It tastes great on spinach and will aid in the absorption of iron.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of pomegranate syrup or concentrate
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon rice or white vinegar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients and whisk until thoroughly blended. Let sit at least one hour for flavors to blend. Can keep in the refrigerator for three weeks.
Makes approximately one cup
