Meatless Monday Menus
Recipes are free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. And typically corn, sugar, and alcohol.
Meatless Mondays are good for your health and good for the planet. Eliminating animal proteins from the diet for one day reduces one’s carbon footprint and improves digestion. Here are some sample menus.
