Faux-mosa

This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar*, and alcohol.
Mimosas are a favorite New Year’s Day breakfast drink. This is an alcohol-free version and sugar-free when made with a ginger ale that is sugar-free such as those made by Q Ginger and Reed’s. 

Ingredients
2/3 cups ginger ale

1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sparkling water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions
Mix and enjoy!


Makes 1-1/2 cups
