Cuban Spice Salad Dressing
This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar, and alcohol.
This delightfully flavorful dressing can really spice up a dull salad! Shown here with Caliente Cabbage Salad.
Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
Directions
In a pint-sized jar, mix all ingredients. Let sit 1 hour for flavors to blend, the serve. Can keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
Makes 1 cup
