Coriander Spice Dressing
This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar, and alcohol.
This salad dressing is rife with Middle Eastern spices. It is shown here topping the Egyptian Potato Salad.
Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons coriander
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon powder ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a pint-sized jar. Let stand for 1 hour before serving so that flavors can blend. Keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks.
