Chocolate Pudding
This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar, and alcohol.
This creamy pudding gets its texture from a surprising source - avocado! But don't worry, it still tastes of yummy, wonderful chocolate. Plus avocado contains the amino acid Tryptophan, which helps in regulating mood.
Ingredients
1 ripe, but firm avocado
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/4 cup agave syrup
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons water, eliminate if making icing for Chocolate Cupcakes
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to sheer chocolate joy!
