Basic Green Smoothie

This recipe is free of the common eight food allergens: Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish. It is also free of corn, sugar, and alcohol.
Green smoothies have so many health benefits. They can also be allergen-free and tasty!

Ingredients
1 green apple

1/4 avocado, skin removed
2 kales leaves
1 medjool date
1/4 cup cilantro
2 cups water

ice (optional)

Directions
Wash all produce. Discard apple core. Pit date. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Serves 2
